Limited No Fault Spin Out & Stoppage Rule:
Any Kart that spins out or stops on the track at other than at direction from a Track Official or at the exit area between turns 3 and 4 will automatically go to the rear.
With FOUR (4) exceptions:
1. At the start of the race when a lap has not been completed.
2. When it is without question by Track Officials that a driver has maliciously and intentionally spun out another driver
(if it IS TOTALY without question the offender goes to the rear, if not the car that spins or stops goes to the rear)
3. We protect the leader at all times, if the leader is spun out by contact from another car they do not go to the rear.
Green Valley Speedway reserves the exclusive right in any of the beginner type class to relax this rule in order to allow the younger race a chance to race
and enjoy their experience on the track. If you are 16 and older you are
not a beginner, so act your age.
Starting Races & Restarts
The Flagman waves the GREEN FLAG and lights the green lights to signal we are ready to start the race on this lap however,
the Leader
should not fire until they get to the white chalk line between turn 4 &
the Flagstand.
After a caution, we go back to the last completed Green Flag Lap for the Lineup.
bear in mind that this may not agree with what you see on the track as far a position of cars when the caution immediately comes out!

it is to be considered a privilege and not a right. Abuse of such privilege may
cause you to be refused such privilege. You are not allowed to drive a car,
truck or van into the pits unless you are pulling a race trailer, as there is
ample parking right outside of the pit gates, so please don’t ask, as it is not
fair to others and is against insurance regulations.
If you have
a special medical condition, let us know, so we may accommodate you.
No one is
allowed to drive ATV'S on the premises unless they are at least 16 years old
(this is also a state law and violators are subject to same). Minors will be
required to immediately park the vehicle, until an adult can come and get same. Speeders
will be warned for the first offense, fined $25.00 for second offense,
and Vehicle to be impounded until owner leaves the track upon third offense.
Coming on the race track to qualify, heat race or start a race.
All cars will stage, by class, in the pit area just outside the track entrance and are not to block the entrance. From there they will be directed onto the track by the Track Official at the rear entrance. Drivers will come on the track in a single file manner (you do not have to be in order at this time), at least one Kart length apart, and go immediately past the flagstand, so that transponders maybe checked. Once you pass the flagstand we ask that you attempt to get in approximate starting position, if you are to start or qualify on the inside go to the bottom of the track and if you are to start or qualify on the outside row, go to the outside of the track. All Drivers will come to a complete stop in turn 3 and await instructions from the on Track Official. You will be directed to you and are expected to immediately move to your starting or qualifying position. Once given your position you will immediately line up at the front flagstand in your proper row and position.
