Rainout/ Cancellation Policy
We are about racing and not canceling races if at all possible we always
choose to race.
In cases of inclement weather we do reserve the
right to reduce the purse to 80% of the pit gate!
We will announce at the Drivers Meeting of our intent
to apply the 80% Rule to the payouts and you can decide to race or not!
If we have not made the announcement and you run your
feature, you'll will get your full payout!
Special Events such as the
Bama Bash or Crate Nationals
we make every effort possible to
get the show in!

In
case of a partial Rain out: All classes that have not completed their
feature will run them on the first Sunday evening
following the Rainout, starting @ 5:00 PM. , unless otherwise
notified.

Wristbands & Rain Checks will only be honored as
follows:
Classes that
have not been completed (on Friday) will run their features on Sunday or on
another announced make up date.

All Pit & Grandstand passes
will expire:
once any feature is run in any
Late Model Division (Super Late, Sportsman or Crates).

There will be a $10 pit pass fee and a $5
Grandstand fee,
for those with a Friday Night Rain
Checks
or Wristbands, when you enter for
the Sunday Night make up date.

In any event No Refunds
to be given.
No Exceptions.
We will always make every effort to run a scheduled event
and
will post immediate updates on the website about decisions as to cancel or not.
